At TRIO, Chloe spent 5 years working directly with Nationwide builders Shea Homes & Toll Brothers on Award-Winning, Luxury Model Homes across the USA.

During those 5 years, Chloe worked every position an Interior Designer could work; wearing many hats and truly flexing her creativity.

Chloe was the go-to for pulling conceptual design directions, brainstorming out-of-the box design ideas, getting creative with themed spaces, and even creating custom murals. Working on over 8 model homes at a time, TRIO was a fast-paced, creative environment that allowed Chloe to use her skills both on the technical and the Installation side.

A few of her duties included: Conceptual Design, CAD Space planning, Trim & Built in Details, FF&E selections, Presentations, Renderings, Project Management and Leading Final Installations.
